In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with hotel procurement teams, interior designers, and property developers. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the full sales cycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the hospitality and commercial real estate sectors.
- Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, hotel managers, and procurement leads.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations of our premium bathroom accessories range.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial lead generation to successful contract closure and post-sales follow-up.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry innovations to position our brand effectively.
- Coordinate with internal supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and project satisfaction for all clients.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance against monthly and quarterly targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the hospitality or construction/interior design industry.
- Deep understanding of the hospitality sector and the procurement processes of luxury establishments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and highly organized with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools (Microsoft Office/Google Suite).
- A valid driver's license is preferred for frequent client visits across the East Region and beyond.
