Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and target key pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and healthcare institutions across Greater Jakarta as potential clients for Ninja Van's logistics solutions.
- Present and demonstrate Ninja Van's value proposition, focusing on specialized cold chain logistics, real-time tracking, and reliable last-mile delivery solutions tailored for the pharma sector.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, regulatory changes (BPOM, GDP), and competitor activities in the Indonesian pharmaceutical logistics space.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, contracting, and onboarding of new clients.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and product teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific compliance and handling requirements of pharmaceutical products.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of successful business development or sales experience, specifically within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or logistics industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, preferably in a fast-growing tech or logistics company.
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical supply chain, cold chain logistics, and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong hunter mentality with exceptional lead generation and prospecting capabilities.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the Jakarta area for client meetings.
