Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the genomics, life sciences, and healthcare industries.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
  • Present product demonstrations and tailored proposals to clients to secure contracts.
  • Collaborate with the technical and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and accurate solution delivery.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and account retention.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the life sciences or healthcare sector.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel to Johor Bahru and Penang as required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
