As a Business Development Executive, you will be the face of our business, identifying new B2B opportunities and nurturing partnerships with wholesalers, bakeries, and food manufacturing companies. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients, distributors, and wholesalers within the food manufacturing and bakery sectors in Johor.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective business partners.
- Conduct regular market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive product presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to corporate clients.
- Collaborate closely with production, quality assurance, and logistics departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
- Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the senior management team.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 to 3 years of successful sales or business development experience, preferably within the FMCG, food manufacturing, or agricultural commodity sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; the ability to speak Mandarin or local dialects is a highly valued advantage.
- Must possess a valid driving license, own transport, and the willingness to travel frequently across the Johor region.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical mindset with a customer-centric approach.
