- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities and market research experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of logistics industry is highly advantageous
