The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing workflows and the ability to articulate technical value propositions. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the region, managing complex RFQs, and nurturing long-term partnerships with high-value accounts. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electronics and manufacturing sectors.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of RFQs, technical proposals, and quotations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term retention.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to align sales strategies with production capabilities.
  • Develop and implement account penetration strategies to maximize revenue growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or technical sales within the manufacturing or electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and RFQ management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into compelling customer solutions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
