Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential hotel properties for partnership opportunities
- Conduct field visits to assess property suitability and meet with property owners
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new hotel partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential hotel partners
- Negotiate terms and agreements that benefit both parties
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in business development or sales
- Experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel for field visits to potential properties
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
