Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Track sales activities and provide accurate forecasting reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Ability to travel between Miri and KL as required by the business needs.
- Valid driving license and reliable transport.
