Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business leads within the Penang region to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Info-Tech software solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly profit targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Provide comprehensive support and follow-up to clients throughout the sales cycle to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to refine sales approaches.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or software solutions industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to selling.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for client visits.
