Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within the pet nutrition industry.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities and potential corporate partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential business partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and value propositions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with product launches.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or B2B account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong understanding of the pet industry or animal nutrition market is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional dialects is an asset.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation for client visits.
