Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the project sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and project owners
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive intelligence
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and project proposals
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments
- Report on sales performance and pipeline status
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in sales or business development
- Experience in construction, real estate, or project-based sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Sorong and Papua Barat market advantageous
