Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the SME and corporate sectors in Singapore.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners and C-suite executives.
  • Provide expert consultations on property financing, business lending solutions, and cost-saving marketing strategies.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations, product demonstrations, and business proposals to prospective clients.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and successful onboarding.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in the financial and property markets to provide accurate, value-added advice.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of business financing, commercial property, or similar solution-based selling.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
