Tanggung Jawab
- Generate and qualify leads through digital marketing, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships
- Conduct proactive canvassing in target neighborhoods to identify potential properties
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners through personalized engagement
- Negotiate and close non-exclusive partnership agreements with property owners
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages
- Develop and execute territory-specific business development strategies
- Track performance metrics and adjust tactics to exceed acquisition targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or business development
- Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with property owners
- Deep understanding of Bali's real estate market dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel across Kuta Utara area
