Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to articulate the value of Infohost’s SaaS offerings.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and client needs.
  • Draft compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system to ensure transparent reporting.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the SaaS or IT software industry.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and subscription-based revenue models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern digital sales tools.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
