As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations. Your primary responsibility is to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing client accounts. You will work closely with our marketing and technical teams to develop tailored proposals and win new projects.
We offer a competitive compensation package: a stable monthly salary between RM 3,800 and RM 4,800, plus attractive commissions that reward your performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and developers.
- Present and promote Lamex Wall's products and solutions to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and market research.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in construction or related industries.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle for client visits.
