Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the food packaging and FMCG sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential growth areas
- Present product solutions to potential clients and negotiate contracts
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in food packaging or FMCG
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship
- Willingness to travel within the West region as required
