In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base in both Corporate Services (company incorporation, accounting, tax advisory, and compliance) and Immigration Services (work passes, permanent residency, and business immigration).

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals to acquire clients for corporate and immigration services.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand their needs and propose tailored service packages.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate with the internal corporate secretarial, accounting, and immigration teams to deliver timely solutions.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities using CRM software and provide regular sales forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, seminars, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in business development within corporate services or professional services (e.g., accounting, legal, immigration).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Singapore’s corporate regulatory environment or immigration processes is advantageous.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
