Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research and cold outreach
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Present company products/services to potential customers and address inquiries
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining long-term client satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives
- Track sales performance using CRM systems and provide regular progress reports
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities to identify market trends and opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
