Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales revenue by executing targeted field activities and identifying new business opportunities in Sarawak.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Manage the end-to-end customer engagement process, including product demonstrations and technical trials.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, market analysis, and activity updates to management.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and the successful closing of sales deals.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Sarawak for field activities and client meetings.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
