Simba Telecom is looking for a results-oriented Business Development Executive (SME & Partnerships) to join our growing team in the East Region. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our brand, driving revenue growth by cultivating strategic partnerships and providing tailored telecommunications solutions to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

We are looking for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the grit to turn cold leads into long-term business partnerships. You will be instrumental in expanding our footprint and ensuring our clients receive top-tier service. If you are passionate about technology, consultative selling, and achieving ambitious targets, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the SME sector to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our value proposition in the East Region.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the telecommunications landscape or SME business environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
