- Develop and execute strategic business development plans for the US security systems integration market
- Identify and cultivate new client relationships across commercial, industrial, and government sectors
- Present customized security solutions including access control, CCTV, and low-voltage systems
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored proposals and solution architectures
- Track sales metrics and maintain accurate CRM records
- Represent ConnectOS at industry events and trade shows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong knowledge of security systems (access control, CCTV, fire alarms)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales automation tools
- Ability to work independently and manage remote client relationships
- Understanding of US market dynamics and regulatory requirements
