- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities in Perak and Penang regions
- Conduct thorough market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients
- Create compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements
- Make accurate sales projections and forecast revenue based on market analysis and pipeline development
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients
- Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in business development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in market research and analysis
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the local market in Perak and Penang is highly desirable
