Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the Yogyakarta region.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing shipping partners.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and service agreements to maximize growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential new business sectors.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales or business development roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
