Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect potential property partners within the Yogyakarta and Solo regions to expand OYO's hotel network.
  • Conduct professional presentations and meetings to communicate the value proposition of partnering with OYO.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold calling and lead generation to contract negotiation and final sign-off.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to refine your sales strategy and maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the operations and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new partners into the OYO ecosystem.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly acquisition targets and key performance indicators.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development, preferably in the hospitality or tech startup space.
  • Strong 'hunter' mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep familiarity with the Yogyakarta or Solo local market landscape.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership and self-motivation.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the assigned region.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
