- Identify and qualify new business leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with lead generation campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure growth success.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics and using CRM tools.
- A self-starter attitude with a results-driven mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a hybrid strategic and operational role.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiencies are a plus.
