  • Identify and qualify new business leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure growth success.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics and using CRM tools.
  • A self-starter attitude with a results-driven mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities.
