- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and partnership opportunities within the sports industry.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for prospective clients.
- Support the BD team in managing CRM systems and tracking sales activities.
- Engage in networking events to represent Nora Dynamic Sport and foster new professional relationships.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop innovative business growth strategies.
- Assist in the coordination of promotional events and sports activations.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the sports industry and an understanding of its market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- High level of self-motivation, proactiveness, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Fluency in Indonesian and basic proficiency in English.
