Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the generation, tracking, and qualification of business leads to support the sales funnel.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative market surveys to gain insights into customer preferences and market trends.
- Execute precise data entry and data cleaning tasks to maintain the integrity of our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify and research potential partnership opportunities.
- Prepare reports and summaries on market competition and property sector performance in Jakarta.
- Support the team in administrative business-related tasks and documentation.
- Assist in coordinating communication with potential leads and stakeholders under the guidance of project managers.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and general digital productivity tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle large sets of data with accuracy.
- Proactive attitude, self-starter mentality, and willingness to learn on the job.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Prior experience or internships in real estate or property management is a plus.
