Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Business Development team in conducting in-depth market research and competitor analysis.
- Support the identification and outreach to potential retail partners and new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in organizing and participating in industry trade shows, fashion events, and exhibitions.
- Prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and presentations for management review.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements to drive growth.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest and passion for the fashion and retail industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service is an added advantage.
