Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT consulting and ISO certification services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling approaches
- Present technical solutions and ISO compliance frameworks to prospective clients
- Conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized enterprise system solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, contracts, and business development plans
- Track sales metrics and contribute to achieving quarterly revenue targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales or business development
- Understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001) is highly advantageous
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
