Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify, cultivate, and manage key strategic partnerships with financial institutions, agents, and corporate clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and finance, to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales management, or account management within the Fintech, lending, or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian market and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex business problems.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field.
