We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Lead to drive new business growth in the commercial interior fit-out sector. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the commercial interior fit-out market (corporate, retail, hospitality).
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the internal design and project management teams to ensure smooth project handovers and high client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Represent Maison Interiors at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the Commercial Interior Fit-Out or related construction/design industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding new business sales targets.
  • Excellent network and existing connections within the Jakarta commercial real estate and corporate sectors.
  • Superb communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM A) and own vehicle, with willingness to travel across greater Jakarta area.
