Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in business development or sales leadership roles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in recruitment or staffing industry
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex deals
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Japanese language proficiency highly valued
