- Identify, onboard, and nurture long-tail food merchant partnerships across Jakarta's diverse culinary landscape
- Develop and execute merchant acquisition strategies targeting niche restaurants and emerging food businesses
- Analyze market data to identify untapped business opportunities and growth potential
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to optimize merchant experience and retention
- Design incentive programs and support frameworks to boost long-tail merchant performance
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Jakarta's F&B ecosystem
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within e-commerce/F&B industry
- Proven track record in merchant acquisition or partnership management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Deep understanding of Jakarta's local food market and SME landscape
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
