Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research and feasibility studies to identify new business expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize, pitch, and execute strategic partnerships that align with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and project management dashboards to track performance against KPIs.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and executive presentations to communicate project status and growth opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to provide actionable recommendations for management.
- Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure the seamless execution of development initiatives and operational improvements.
- Oversee project timelines and budget allocations to ensure efficiency and maximum ROI.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development, management consulting, or corporate planning.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI), and project management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to senior leadership.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of the local Cebu market and the Philippine infrastructure landscape is a distinct advantage.
