- Conduct high-energy sales tours and presentations for prospective clients to showcase our premium office spaces and meeting rooms.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the target market to expand our client base.
- Execute strategic sales pitches to decision-makers, demonstrating a 'closer' mentality to drive conversions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and final closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients to ensure long-term retention.
- Utilize CRM software effectively to track performance metrics and optimize sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, specifically in closing deals and a demonstrated 'closer' mentality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
