We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue, building strategic partnerships, and elevating our brand footprint. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand our presence in the Selangor region and beyond.
- Build and nurture long-term, high-value relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients.
- Conduct high-impact product presentations and negotiations to close complex deals.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our value proposition.
- Provide detailed sales forecasting and progress reporting to the senior management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable strategies.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a drive for excellence.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performance team.
