- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth across B2B and B2C segments.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through proactive networking and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospect outreach to contract negotiation and final closure.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our value proposition and stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and revenue forecasts to senior management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or a senior sales role.
- Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C sales dynamics and market strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build a sales pipeline and manage complex client relationships.
- Highly organized, analytical, and proficient in using CRM software to track performance.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
