Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Create and present compelling business proposals and solution presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized technology solutions that meet client needs
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction metrics
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategy
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and performance analytics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and their application in business operations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Filipino
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Cavite and nearby regions as needed
