Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sectors to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and convert high-value prospects into long-term clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and cold calling to proposal submission and final contract negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure account retention.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine our service value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new accounts.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within freight forwarding or the logistics industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Self-motivated professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Deep understanding of the logistics market in Singapore and the regional trade landscape.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage pipelines and report on sales performance.
