Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sectors to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and convert high-value prospects into long-term clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and cold calling to proposal submission and final contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure account retention.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine our service value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new accounts.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within freight forwarding or the logistics industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Self-motivated professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Deep understanding of the logistics market in Singapore and the regional trade landscape.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage pipelines and report on sales performance.
