- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with banking institutions and property developers
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in Melaka and Johor regions
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements that benefit the firm's strategic objectives
- Represent the firm at industry events, networking sessions, and business meetings
- Collaborate with senior management to develop competitive service offerings
- Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations for potential partners
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend innovative approaches to stay ahead
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent field
- Minimum 5 years of proven business development experience in professional services
- Strong understanding of banking and property industry landscapes in Malaysia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Malay and English
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building strategic partnerships
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Possession of own vehicle and willingness to travel within Melaka and Johor
