We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele and drive revenue growth in Singapore. In this contract role, you will be the frontâline ambassador of our company, forging strong relationships with new and existing clients, and executing strategic sales initiatives that align with our business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and senior leadership teams to identify market opportunities, develop tailored value propositions, and close highâimpact deals. - Identify and prospect new business opportunities across target sectors in Singapore.
- Develop and maintain longâterm relationships with key decisionâmakers and stakeholders.
- Create and present compelling proposals, sales presentations, and contract terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline progress.
- Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Excellent analytical and problemâsolving abilities to assess market opportunities.
- Selfâmotivated, resultsâoriented, and capable of managing a remote or onâsite workload.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
