Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our client base in key industries.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic networking, industry events, and digital outreach.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial discovery and proposal development to final contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term service satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for the leadership team.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and professional networking events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, specifically within the BPO industry.
- Strong understanding of BPO service offerings and the competitive Philippine market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing cross-functional team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Makati City.
