Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand our client base and increase market share.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and industry research.
  • Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and operations, to align service delivery with client needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare and present professional sales proposals and business reports to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
