Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities within the regional market to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to expand ATT Digiverse’s service footprint.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct high-impact sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client pain points and business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to develop competitive, value-driven proposals.
  • Negotiate complex contract terms and close deals that align with company profitability targets.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to ensure high client retention and recurring revenue.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B business development, preferably within the digital, tech, or IT services industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Deep understanding of the Singapore digital business landscape and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
