Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities within the regional market to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to expand ATT Digiverse’s service footprint.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct high-impact sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client pain points and business goals.
- Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to develop competitive, value-driven proposals.
- Negotiate complex contract terms and close deals that align with company profitability targets.
- Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to ensure high client retention and recurring revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B business development, preferably within the digital, tech, or IT services industry.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore digital business landscape and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing client requirements.
