Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to identify and acquire new corporate clients within the staffing and consulting sector.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiations and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target organizations.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to align staffing solutions with specific client requirements.
- Conduct professional presentations, product demonstrations, and business proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and identify emerging business opportunities.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3 years of proven professional experience specifically within the staffing industry.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in selling consulting positions or high-end professional workforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and the consulting services landscape in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Proven track record of building a sales pipeline and successfully converting leads into long-term accounts.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
