Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Conduct professional presentations and negotiations with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align service offerings with market demands.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for executive management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts in Indonesia.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (both verbal and written).
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
- Competent in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
