Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify, prospect, and secure strategic partnerships with key retailers, brands, and logistics providers.
- Lead end-to-end negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Operations, to align partnership goals with company objectives.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development.
- Strong background in e-commerce, logistics, SaaS, or fulfilment solutions is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
