Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive agency growth and meet performance targets.
  • Manage and optimize a portfolio of clients to maximize profitability and long-term customer retention.
  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand presence and capture new market opportunities in the Permas Jaya region.
  • Mentor and coach agency partners to enhance their professional capabilities and sales effectiveness.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business approaches and service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and local business partners to foster a collaborative network.
  • Ensure full compliance with banking regulations and internal policies while delivering high-quality service.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or agency management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics within the Johor region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and meet ambitious KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
