Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand our client base in the region.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and technical teams to align product offerings with market demands.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and activity logs within the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to increase company brand awareness and generate new business leads.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B business development or technology sales.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS and technology landscape with an ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • High level of self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
