Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand our client base in the region.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and technical teams to align product offerings with market demands.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and activity logs within the CRM system.
- Attend industry events and conferences to increase company brand awareness and generate new business leads.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B business development or technology sales.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS and technology landscape with an ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
