- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the water and wastewater sector.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to customize solutions for client needs.
- Prepare and present high-quality proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in B2B sales with a focus on the water, industrial, or environmental sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a relationship-driven approach.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
